We ask our customers to avail our free revision offer in case if they are not satisfied with the work before asking for a refund. We offer a partial or a full refund to customers in the following situations:
- Order is not delivered to the customers on the given deadline
- The content of the paper is plagiarised
- Content is of low quality and not according to the standards
- Revision is not done properly
- The customer service department didn’t respond to the client within 24 hours of the request
The other conditions that apply to the refund policy include timely submission of request by the customer i.e. the customers must submit the request within 7 days after the delivery. Once the request is submitted, the Quality Control Department will check if it is true and legitimate. If it is true,then the refund will be made within 10 to 15 days.
